With the new Facilities Self Serve interface, the campus community can input service requests directly into the Faciliities Management Maintenance Management System, FACServ.

Facilities Self Service takes the place of filling out and faxing an FMR, or placing a call to the service desk. If you log into the system using your UCINet ID, you'll recieve an email confirming your request that also provides a job number and a live link to the job status report. About 50% of our requests come in through Facilities Self Service.
