Facilities Management staff and contracted Custodial staff work to keep more than 4.6 million gross square feet of space in over 174 buildings clean and operational. Basic services include:

Fire sprinklers, fire hydrants, emergency showers and eyewashes repair & maintenance

General building maintenance

Locking and unlocking of campus buildings & facilities

Annual building directory updates

Maintenance of campus signage

Maintenance and repair of building structures, systems & equipment

General building maintenance is furnished by building maintenance mechanics who are assigned to specific campus buildings and zones. This leverages their experience and knowledge of your specific building, building systems, and maintenance requirements to provide superior service. Other maintenance duties are performed by skilled trades staff.
