Welcome to UC Irvine Fleet Services! We provide a range of vehicle related services to the UCI community.

Vehicle Specification & Purchasing - Departments are required to check with Fleet Services before buying a vehicle. We can help you determine the best type of vehicle to suit your needs, and help you find the best deals. We’ll also help you navigate insurance and license requirements.

Vehicle Maintenance - Our ASE certified automotive technicians keep UCI moving by performing repairs and preventative maintenance on university vehicles. All university vehicles must be registered with us upon purchase. We’ll assign a vehicle number and establish an account for maintenance charges.

Fuel - We have our own gas tanks with unleaded, diesel and biodiesel fuel. If you’re driving a university vehicle around campus and need gas, you can get it at Fleet Services. Access is controlled by fuel keys, which must be created for each account.

Would a gas card work better for you? We can set you up with a Voyager credit card.

Send an e-mail with your vehicle number, department contact information, and recharge account numbers to fleet@uci.edu to set up an account. Please specify whether you’d like a fuel key, a gas card, or both.

Car Wash Vouchers - We supply departments with vouchers for getting your university vehicle washed. Current prices are $12.00 for sedans and small trucks, and $13.00 for vans and oversized vehicles. Departmental recharge only. Stop by any time!

Vehicle Rental Services - We facilitate short and long-term vehicle rentals for UCI departments via departmental recharge. For more information, view >> Renting a Vehicle from Fleet Services

Where to find us - We’re located at North Campus, in the Facilities Management yard at the intersection of Campus and Jamboree (adjacent to buildings 91 and 95 on the >> campus map). We’re open 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Monday – Friday.
