YOU ASKED AND WE LISTENED!

UCI Facilities Management Debuts Second Customer Tracking Tool

Many of our customers have asked us to consider making the tracking of renovations jobs easier. We are in the process of implementing several tools to do this -- look for operations and processes to change.

Earlier this year, we implemented the Renovations Project List, which is available to all customers through SNAP. It is an up-to-the-minute status of renovations projects that is updated in real time. This new tool is turning out to be an effective tool, which enhances communication and helps to create a smoother project.

Additionally, on March 7, at UCI Techno Expo we debuted our second tool that helps make transactions with Facilities Management more customer-friendly, the Facilities Invoice Report. Those at Techno Expo who tested the new Invoice Report commented that it was very user-friendly. To use the invoice report, enter a job number or a division, subdivision, or department and optionally specify a date range of interest on the report's initial screen. The system will return a list of invoices and you can select an invoice to show the detail.

Phase II of the invoice report will allow you to report on a job number over time in one report and do the same for a specific job number/tag number. This will be particularly helpful for those with blanket jobs. We expect Phase II to be operational later this year.

If you would like to review the Renovations Project List or the Facilities Invoice Report, please feel free to do so at the Facilities Report Channel in SNAP.

Please drop us an email to let us know what you think!
