Stay Connected: Zotmail

Facilities Management makes every effort to keep the campus community aware of instances where our work may impact campus activity.  One of the primary mechanisms is the use of Zotmail lists.  There are three list topics that we use to help keep you informed:

  • Facilities Management - General Announcements        
  • Facilities Management - Alarm Test        
  • Facilities Management - Generator Test        
  • Facilities Management - Utility Outages        

You must subscribe to the lists in order to receive these notifications.  Follow these steps:

  1. Click the link to My Zotmail
  2. Scroll down to "Campus Mailing Lists" to subscribe to messages on these topics
  3. Click on the Facilities Management List that you would like to subscribe to
  4. Fill out the online form and click the subscribe button
