The Facilities Management Renovation Team works with the campus community to accomplish projects involving the alteration, improvement or renovation of physical space. The Team assists in all aspects of the process including feasibility analysis, project assessment, budgeting, scheduling, design, contracting, construction, close out and occupancy.

The Team manages approximately 225 projects at any one time- a third in assessment, a quarter in construction, and a quarter in punch-list or financial closeout. The remaining projects are in design or contracting.

The Team is a self-supporting entity within Facilities Management. Submit an on-line service request or call the Service Desk at (949) 824-5444 to initiate your project. With the exception of emergencies, projects are scheduled according to the date the Facilities Management Requisition is received.
