enterprise workplace management

Facilities Management has chosen Tririga's software suite as the foundation on which to build a centralized, integrated workplace management solution. This new system will allow us to create efficiencies, reduce operational costs and provide management with more accurate and current information about our business while at the same time provide the campus with operational and financial information about their facilities projects and jobs.

Projects 8i and Facilities Center 8i are the primary modules in Tririga suite. In October, 2005, Phase I of Projects 8i went into production. With this new tool, our Renovation Team members have ready access to all important project information. On December 15, 2005, we released a Project Report for our campus clients. The report is available on the Facilities Tab in SNAP. The report presents several ways to list projects and retrieves detailed information about a specific project.

We are currently planning for Facilities Center 8i, that addresses operation and maintenance. At the heart of Facilities Center 8i is the Call Center, which will provide a centralized location for managing demand service orders and requests received from web, phone, email, handheld, or fax sources. This software will facilitate timely call resolution within our high-volume service center by providing a fast, simple way to retrieve or input data. The Call Center will provide our customers with instant access and up-to-the-minute status reports and will create a complete audit trail for full accountability.

Later phases will include a suite of programs to interface the Tririga products to the campus financial system for integrated reporting. We also plan to introduce devices and software to improve the quality and timeliness of our billing.
